Cemetery Service Rep
(Metamora, IL)Responsibilities
- Delivery and install concrete vaults to cemetery
- Set up grave side equipment (tent, chairs, etc.).
- Dig and pour concrete monument footing in area cemeteries.
- Able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Work 40+ hours per week including Saturdays.
- Valid Illinois driver's license.
- Previous experience not necessary - we will train.
- Work outside in the elements.
- Burial services are preformed seven days a week, year-round.
Requirements
- Available to work Saturdays (generally busiest day of week).
- Ability to carry weight up to 100 lbs.
- Clean driving record from past 3-5 years.
- CDL Commercial driver's license not required but beneficial.
Details
- Typically, 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday and as required on weekends (some days will run later).
- No experience necessary, training provided.
- Paid vacation and six paid holidays.
- Health insurance, life insurance, and IRA (with match) available.
- Random drug testing and upon hire.
Manufacturing
(Metamora, IL)Concrete Product Manufacturing Responsibilities
- Set up concrete burial vault molds
- Pour and finish concrete burial vaults
- Strip out and sealcoat finished products.
- Clean concrete molds.
- Paint and prepare burial vaults for delivery.
- Clean work area and perform general shop maintenance.
Monument Manufacturing Responsibilities
- Uncrating and unpacking granite and bronze monuments.
- Reviewing and proofing stencils for accuracy.
- Apply rubber stencils to granite monuments.
- Sandblast granite memorials.
- Clean and stage finished monuments.
- Clean work area and perform general shop maintenance.
